- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been dealing with a package that is being delivered to the wrong address. I've been into the post office twice and was told it was not there. It was there. Then I was being told it had been delivered. It had not. I was asking questions about the tracking number, trying to verify and also figure out what to do since I've never been in this situation. The woman of was speaking to (Laura or Lauri) was incredibly rude. She cut me off, told me she does that have all day to argue with me. I've never been rude to anyone over the phone. She was out of line. The supervisor I spoke to was very helpful and nice. She is the reason they get 1 star.By Maggie Rogers, May 20, 2017
